What began in the Tri-Cities in 1992 has grown into more than three decades of custom design, hands-on craftsmanship, and storage solutions built around real homes and real lives.
In 1992, Bruce and Tana Pratt founded Newall Inc. in Kennewick, Washington, starting a family-owned custom closet business built around craftsmanship and personal service.
The business began out of the back of a truck. Every project, every customer, and every installation helped Bruce and Tana lay another piece of the foundation for the company you see today.
Through the 1990s, the business grew throughout Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and surrounding communities as more homeowners trusted Bruce and Tana with their spaces.
Bruce and Tana worked side by side as the business grew, building each project and each client relationship together and earning a reputation for reliability, integrity, and hands-on expertise.
Projects became larger and more complex, expanding from custom closets into organization systems that connected multiple spaces throughout the home.
Adjustable shelving, integrated organizers, designer built-ins, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, and garage cabinetry became part of a growing body of work.
By the 2010s, the company was building Murphy beds, custom built-ins, furniture, and increasingly advanced home organization systems.
In 2014, service expanded beyond the Tri-Cities. After years of growth, the business became All City Closet Company — a name that finally reflected its larger reach.
Today, All City Closet Co. serves homeowners throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas of southeastern and central Washington.
The operation has grown, but the principles Bruce and Tana built it on remain: personal service, thoughtful design, craftsmanship, integrity, quality materials, and professional installation.
